On September 21st and 22nd, 2022 we held a training for our german customers. This training was led by Mr. ESCHBACH (sales manager) and Mr. BRUNEAU (head of technical customer support).
For many years (only interrupted by the consequences of the pandemic-related measures) we have been running this training for our customers who want to know more about the production of paper and the properties of our products.
Furthermore, we go into the processing of our papers with application tips.
This time, a total of ten people took part in our training, in their roles ranging from sales and quality management to managing director.
We have reserved a welcoming hotel for the 2-day course and transported our customers by minibus in the mornings and evenings. The feedback from the participants is very satisfactory (3.7 out of 5 based on 25 criteria such as the welcome, interest in the training, the structure of the courses, the pedagogical support, visits to the facilities, etc.).
We have already planned the next training course, which will take place on September 13th and 14th 2023, and we have already received the first registration for this.
